Holiday Wishes from Manitoba Building Trades
As we head into the holiday season, we wanted to take a moment to extend our warmest wishes to you and your family.
This time of year gives us an opportunity to reflect on the work we do and the communities we serve. Across Manitoba, skilled trades workers continue to play a vital role in building and maintaining the infrastructure our province depends on. That work is only possible because of the strength, dedication, and solidarity of our affiliates and the people they represent.
The building trades have always believed in looking out for one another—on the jobsite and beyond it. In that spirit, Manitoba Building Trades is proud to support the Christmas Cheer Board of Winnipeg with a $5,000 donation this holiday season. This contribution will help ensure families in our community have access to food and support at a time when it’s needed most.
Giving back is a core part of who we are. The values that guide our work every day—solidarity, fairness, and collective responsibility—also guide how we show up for our communities.
We want to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. Whether you are a member, partner, contractor, or supporter, you are part of the broader building trades community, and we are grateful for the role you play in strengthening our industry and our province.
On behalf of all Manitoba Building Trades affiliates, we wish you a safe, peaceful, and joyful holiday season, and all the best in the year ahead.
In Solidarity,
Tanya Palson
